An 18–24 month structured graduate development programme designed to transform high-potential graduates into commercially astute, technically proficient, and operationally grounded retail leaders. The programme includes rotational exposure, structured learning, hands-on assignments, and mentorship across key commercial areas such as Buying, Planning & Analytics, Store Operations, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Buying: Assisting with category and promotions management
• Planning & Analytics: Using data to inform commercial decisions
• Store Operations: Gaining customer insights through store immersion
• Supply Chain: Understanding distribution centre (DC) operations and logistics
• Strategic Projects: Contributing to national-level commercial projects

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, or related fields
• Must have a completed degree (incomplete qualifications not considered)
• Minimum 70% Maths Core aggregate in Grade 12
• Experience: No more than 2 years of post-degree work experience
